HGTV Urban Oasis® 2017

This beautiful bungalow is half a block away from our own house in the historic 4th and Gill Neighborhood. So when HGTV asked us to help them renovate it to be the HGTV Urban Oasis 2017, we said YES!

We wanted to design a house that was livable for a modern family with tons of old-house character. To accomplish this, we created a more open floor plan that maintains historic details like wide door casings and trim.
